Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), also known as Wireless Radio Frequency Identification, is a type of automatic identification technology that uses wireless radio frequency for non-contact bidirectional data communication. It reads and writes recording media (electronic tags or radio frequency cards) using wireless radio frequency to achieve the purpose of identifying targets and exchanging data. Jinnuo Technology's RFID system supports various industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, MODBUS TCP, PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet, etc., which can meet the needs of Siemens AB、 The application requirements of different control systems such as Beifu, Omron, Schneider, Mitsubishi, and Huichuan.
The main function of the RFID interface module is to establish a bridge between the RFID reader and the upper computer (including PLC and PC, etc.). Gino RFID gateway modules generally come with four read-write heads and support industrial protocols such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, MODBUS TCP, PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet, etc.
Fixed RFID read/write heads are generally used in automated production lines, fixed at a certain position on the production line. When trays or products embedded with RFID tags pass by, real-time reading (or writing) of the tags will be performed, and information will be exchanged with the PLC or upper computer during this process.
The RFID carrier is used to store the information required for RFID identification. Generally, it can be written or read. RFID code carriers are generally installed on fixtures or pallets, and sometimes directly on products. RFID code carriers have certain installation requirements and specifications for scenarios and materials.
