RFID application solutions are developed according to user needs

The powertrain assembly line identifies the current production model through RFID, instructs the station operator to take the correct parts for assembly, and the action signal is fed back to the assembly line to form a chain; If it is not picked up or there is an error signal feedback, the assembly will be suspended at the station. In the automatic measurement and tightening stations in each assembly area, the system collects relevant data through RFID and transmits it to the lineside PC for quality analysis and report statistics. When there is an abnormality in the station, the final assembly line will be suspended and will not be released.
